Advice for best Bang for Buck System

Good afternoon all

I’m attempting to put together the best system I can for sub £1000.00, as funds are being split between a holiday and a new computer for me  It’s time I started thinking about moving from a 3 year old Gaming Laptop (bought from PC Specialist and was superb) which is still going well but is sadly just too dated to provide me with my gaming needs.
Here starts the challenge, I have a budget of maximum £1000.00 but I have no monitor (preferably 25’’) keyboard and mouse. I also need this to run as quietly as possible as my 18 month old daughter needs to stay asleep in the evening or else my planned gaming time disappears.
So I have come up with this build as I think it’s about the best I can do, but is still over budget. I remember from past posts, there are some knowledgeable folk on these forums that could assist.

Any high power system is going to get noisy under load so don't expect complete silence.
If you are going with a 27" then I would suggest going for a 2560x1440p monitor instead. It's more expensive but the picture will be much sharper. IMO 1080p at 27" doesn't look that good due to the decrease in pixel density.
Unless you are planning on over clocking you could go with the non k version of the 4690.
Other than that, it looks like a good spec.

thanks for taking the time to reply Geeza, i'm actually attempting to cut down on costs, I would drop to a 25 monitor to keep the picture quality and also if I could make it a bit cheaper.
The warranty I debated but I really want hassle free gaming for the next 3 years and this is the best way to assure that.

You can probably buy more specific peripherals from somewhere else for slightly cheaper. So I left ~£200 in the budget. Unfortunately this means downgrading the motherboard and silver warranty. You do however still get a 650w PSU if you want to upgrade.
The specification below has been formatted so you can easily copy and paste this to our forums when discussing your specification. Once you've copied the specification, please click here to continue.
