Advice on this pc build

Hi im looking for advice on how i could make this PC build a bit cheaper whilst still enjoying games such as modded minecraft, rust, rocket league phasmaphobia and 7 days to die at 60fps with decent graphics. Im not massive on graphics but would like my PC to handle games like the ones listed at a good rate! Not looking for 4k gmaing or competitive crisp gaming so happy to downgrade a bit
