I am looking to get a good looking powerful pc with the best temps. Rate my spec I made and lemme know if I can tweak things or im overpaying for anything. I appreciate any advice you can give. I will be using it for gaming and editing also daily use. How good is this case, is it quiet, what cases would you recommend?

Thank you, I have read through the provided posts and I'll provide any needed information here, I was unaware of this post beforehand.

My budget is about £3000, I would like some guidance on what kinds of monitors I should get for my build (I understand how important a good monitor is for gaming and I would like to pick a good one), what kind of cases are the best within the current selection on the part picker, I would just like an overall analysis and advice. This is my first super high end build.

I do not have a monitor, my main use case will be Gaming, Streaming at high quality and Video editing.

What kind of money can you spend on the monitor? For £3k you can just about get a 4090 and a 7800X3D, but if you then have a £180 budget for the monitor, it's a massive waste!

I dont think Ill spend 3k on the pc alone, i would like to cut down the price of it a little so its more like 3k combined for monitor and pc , 4090 would defo be overkill for me. I dont need that much power. I think ill spend about 300-400 on the monitor, i was going to purchase a LG 1440p 165hz monitor.

You could look at something like this, then:

Case
FRACTAL DESIGN TORRENT RGB MID TOWER CASE Great choice of case, but only for air cooling. Not good for an AIO.
Processor (CPU)

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Eight Core CPU (4.2GHz-5.0GHz/104MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5)

As for the monitor, you could go for:
Any of these would go well with that build. I'm not sure there's an LG one that would be in the same range right now, but I'm open to correction!

Thank you so much for the assistance, I was originally going to purchase a 4070 Ti Super but then the one I wanted was out of stock so I upgraded to a 4080. I would like the absolute best temps possible but I do not want it to be super loud so I might swap the case to a Corsair 4000D/5000D and have a Corsair liquid cooler in place. Let me know if these cases would work for this. Was the SSD I originally not the best for gaming?

I quite like the monitors you have suggested as well, the monitors I had originally taken a look at were these, the LG monitor and the Gigabyte monitor. I plan to have one good beefy monitor for gaming and a lower spec smaller 24inch monitor for side tasks.

I wouldn't buy the Asus cards. They're much more expensive and you get nothing significant for the money. The more generic ones perform exactly the same.

The Corsair cases with a H115i cooler, or even realistically the H100i cooler, will be great. It's honestly excessive and your temps would be fine with the air cooler, but it won't do any harm to go overkill on the cooling.

The SSD is fine, but it's expensive and you gain no actual real world benefit for your money.

With the monitors, they're both fine. I'd recommend the MSI one over either of them: it's really excellent and currently a very good price. It's often near £500.

Thank you for your help, I definitely will be getting the MSI monitor and Corsair cooler for my PC. I appreciate all the advice you have provided, has been very helpful for my decisions. I honestly just picked the SSD with the faster speeds but it probably doesn't make a massive difference realistically, I would much rather save the money.

Gonna get the MSI monitor while it's on sale for sure. The Asus cards are quite a lot more expensive, is that because of aesthetics and higher performance or something?

One more question, out of all the cases, what do you think are the best cases for long-term use like dust build-up, airflow, how quiet it is etc?

Also I was planning on getting a keyboard for my build as well, this one specifically, just wanna hear opinions on it.

Well, what you need is good airflow. This helps with noise and, to some extent, dust build-up, though all PCs should be cleaned out reasonably often. The 4000D and 5000D are both great for airflow.

I'm not familiar with that specific keyboard, but Keychron make good keyboards. If you want a fairly compact keyboard, it's probably a great bet.

Ahh okay, yeah then I will be getting the 4000D and yeah I looked up reviews on the keyboard since I want a decent quality mechanical keyboard and people seem to be praising it on Reddit so I will be getting it as well. Thank you guys for your help, I greatly appreciate it.
