1 game mmo machine. Currently playing blade and soul. Want to max the settings. Using Virgin fibre optic be if that's relevant. Using other machine for everything else. No idea what I'm doing just want it to play smooth. Will this work. Is this too much overkill? anything that could be improved upon. Thanks in advance.

Is this too much overkill?

Yep, overkill :)
To save a lot of money and to have a very similar gaming experience:
1. Get rid of the TitanX GPU and replace with a GTX980Ti, or in fact a lesser card may well do perfectly fine depending on the MMO
2. Change to an i5-6600 or i7-6700 CPU (and relevant motherboard), some MMOs will definitely benefit from the i7 over the i5, dunno whether yours does or not.
3. Drop down to at most 16GB of lower speed RAM, you will never use 32GB if you are gaming.
4. Are you planning on overclocking - if not you don't need watercooling.
5. You are unlikely to need a PSU that high

Godlike
The game actually has really low requirements considering it only just came.

The Vitrum machine in the reviews section will suit you fine and comes in at £1200 so a lot cheaper than what you have suggested.

BnS is quite old, it has only just been localised to NA and Europe though. The problem with that game (I'm playing also) is it's badly optimised. Raak's suggestions seem pretty good.
