I'm hoping someone can give me some advice or validation perhaps on this build I've spec'd out. I was waiting for the Nvidia 3080 and the Ryzen 5000s to come out but now they have and I'm ready to buy!
I've built a PC a long time ago in the past so my knowledge is a bit out of date and I'm hoping others might be able to weigh in with their opinion.
I'm building this PC primarily for After Effects, Cinema 4D and to potentially make use of GPU rendering engines in the future such as Octane and Redshift.
Note: The reason I've added in an unnecessarily powerful PSU is I'm hoping that I would be able to add in another 3080 GPU in the future and will already have the power required to do so. If this is a bad idea I'd be grateful to hear why!
Also this is kind of maxing out my budget so any where that I can save money would be good!
