Change the motherboard without a doubt. It is Gigabytes absolute bottom board of the X570 range. The Asus TUF is a better choice. Also ideally, change PSU to RM850 or RMx850

With Ray Tracing in mind, the 3060 might be a better fit if your budget can stretch to it, it is the current top end 1080p card. With 2nd gen RT cores it should give much better performance in games that utilise RT.
Motherboard you can either upgrade to the TUF x-570 or downgrade to the TUF b-550. For your use case the b-550 will be ample.
The wireless card is worth upgrading to the AX200 card which gives access to the less congested 5GHz channel as well as bluetooth support. Alternatively if you are going to be using a wired connection you can drop it entirely.
Definitely ditch Bullguard; it's been known to cause issues on systems and Windows Defender does a really good job by itself.

So, my intended budget was around £1200. I've added the Corsair 850W RM series PSU and the Asus Tuf B550-Plus motherboard. However not sure I need 850W as the recommended wattage is 650.

It’s well worth investing in a high wattage PSU. A high quality PSU will outlive the rest of your PC, it’ll allow your PC to run more comfortably now and will allow for upgrades in the future without needing to change your Power Supply which can be a very large job. It’s a small cost now but it’ll save a LOT in the future. It’s probably one of the most ‘future proofable’ PC parts.

The one @Ash_ recommended will be a fantastic unit

Quick question everyone? Does anyone know of the cooler is liquid cooled (water) or air cooled, I’ve seen on forums that people have selected the same cooler and people have said it’s an air cooler however it states in the title that it’s a liquid cooler. Any suggestions?

The Coolermaster 240 is an AIO cooler. It has a small amount of liquid inside it that transfers heat to the radiator where it is expelled by the fans.

Following on from what MrWilson said, it is a closed loop liquid system, that utilities a radiator and fans to cool the liquid. The cooler master 240 however, is not exactly silent, pumps create an audible amount of sound.

AIO are sealed units, you only need to worry about dusting, you dont take it apart just blow it out.

Cheers mate, was thinking I would have to take it apart and refill the liquid and all that. Also is it a good cooler? reviews look good but not quite sure myself, as it's my first AIO pc.

Its a good cooler, most people have a high opinion of it.
For budget/performance its a solid purchase. You would be looking at H100i Plat (not currently available) or H115 Pro XT/H115 Elite Capellix if you needed something that was better (so very high spec CPU/high heat output).

A AMD 3600 should really be fine on its stock cooler, the coolermaster 240 will keep it running nice and cool but isnt really needed, but given its price, theres no harm to it and it will help the build as a whole with temps/airflow in the case too.
