AMD 9590 VS intel core i7 4820k?

What would be best for high performance multitasking high performance video editing and long life

AMD 9590 5ghz 16MB cache with ASUS sabertooth Motherboard and h80i cooling system

VS

Intel core i7 4820k 3.70ghz 10mb cache with ASUS P9X79 motherboard and h80i cooling system
or overclocked @4.4ghz

both with 850W powersupply as well

It will have 4GB AMD 290 GPU + 16GB Hyper beast RAM 2400mhz + ASUS SSD 830mb/s +1TB caviar black + ARCTIC MX-4 EXTREME THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COMPOUND + Windows 8

The 4820k is slightly better from what I see. It uses much less power for a small performance lead over the 9590 so I would say that's the better choice.
