AMD vs Intel build advice needed, or something different

So i posted a build yesterday with a ryzen 3600 and an rtx 2070, but since then they have increased the price of a standard rtx 2070, putting me in a weird position,
With the intel build id have a stronger graphics card, at the expense of a weaker cpu, and with the amd id have stronger cpu but weaker gpu because of my budget.

This build will be used for 1440p 75hz, on open world games like far cry 5 and modded skyrim, i do not intend to stream, solely gaming
Which should i pick/any better combos?

FYI, they didn't increase the price of RTX 2070 per se, they replaced it with a refreshed version called RTX 2070 Super, which shares the same die as RTX 2080, and is just 5%-7% slower compared to its bigger brother. Now RTX 2080 will be getting a souped up version as well and then the gap will lengthen again.

I've recently gone through the dilemma of choosing Intel or AMD, one thing to note is that for some reason on a lot of the benchmarks i've noticed Intel processors outperform AMD processors when playing Far Cry 5 the rest of the benchmarks seem comparable unless overclocking the i5. As for in general i only just settled on getting the Ryzen 3600 instead of the i5 9600k, Oussebon pointed out to me how the extra threads in the Ryzen 3000 series will make the systems performance last a lot longer going forward.

Either way with these builds i imagine you'll be GPU bottlenecked. I would go with the Ryzen 3600 and RTX 2060 Super.

Hey you know what, I'm gonna give you an unethical advise. It might even get removed by the admins. So what you do, is remove Windows 10 license. That'll free up around £90. That's more than enough to cover for RTX 2070 Super. Then you still need to get a key, and I'd not recommend buying one of those uber cheap 2-3 dollars keys. You can get relatively legit ones for around £20-£30. That's how I'd do it.

The term “relatively legit” translates to “stolen”. There’s a reason they’re so cheap. Of course it’s at the users discretion, but be warned a lot of these “grey market” sites are scams. Whilst some are not and you will get a key, it’s equally likely that key will become invalidated once MS catch up with their license databases, I’ve had that happen to me a few times and MS won’t reactivate it, they’ll just tell you to buy a legit key.
