You’ve kind of overspecced a bit on the CPU and whilst the cooler is good quality, with your budget is good for an AIO. You’d also be fine with a 3070 card 👍

You’re throwing money away by getting the 3080. The 3070 (or possibly 3060 when we know more about it) will be more appropriate 👍
