A newbee to custom builds . I am looking for any advice on the below spec. Intended principally for home office but with some gaming too. I realise it may be overkill to have 16gb ram but would prefer to future proof as much as possible . I all so want a very fast but quiet pc. Many thanks

For home office 4gb will be plenty so 16gb is overkill and unnecessary. Your graphics card is not a good choice for gaming. I7 is also not needed for home office
