What’s it for firstly?

It’s a very unbalanced build.

What monitor are you pairing it with? What resolution and refresh or make and model if you’re unsure?

I want it for gaming, im aware it's probably awful ive never done anything like this before I've always purchased prebuilt.

You can do much better for much less.

Once you post your monitor we can advise on something more suitable.

Your monitors are entry level. For that kind of budget you should have enough for a monster PC and a monitor to do it justice. Something like OHD high refresh rate or 4k. What kind of games are you playing?

The high budget gives you a lot of different options.

The build you posted above, the CPU is not optimal (expensive CPU on the expensive X299 platform, no performance gains for games versus regular consumer CPUs on the Z390 etc motherboards).
The CPU is weak for the budget.
32GB RAM has no benefits over 16gb for gaming
No SSD
Need to factor in a monitor upgrade - as you won't be able to harness the full performance of a build of this level on budget monitors.

That's not to be critical, that's just explaining some of the balance changes below to try to get something more rounded :)
