That said, I think a rejig of monitor(s) or GPU is needed. The monitor you've linked is best suited to a 3060TI to a 3070TI. Therefore a 3080TI would be wasted on a monitor like that- it's really designed for 4K gaming. So you have a couple of options
1) Spec down the GPU to a 3060TI/3070/3070TI to suit that monitor
2) Spec up the monitor to run in line with the 3080TI. For this there are a couple of options A) The incredible Samsung G9 B) The NEW Samsung G7 (the 4K 144hz one, not the 1440p 240hz one) or any other 4K 144hz montior
Looks like an incredible build! Nothing that's standing out! One thing worth mentioning though, is as you have a 5900X and 3080TI it might be worth thinking about a 1000W PSU. Not 100% needed, but will allow your PC to run more efficently and allow a bit more room for upgrades as the next generations come out.

Ventus you have so many threads lol and a laptop thread your a busy boy you had a 3070ti build whats made you want to jump to the 3080 ? Theres still abit of a wait on those cards if you are going to stick to the 3080 as suggested by junior you need to get a monitor to support.it the new 4k g7 is around £700
