Any retailers selling Hitman Absolution Professional Edition with a Steam Code?

I'm usually not that bothered if my games are linked to steam, but I'd really like the achievements for this as I imagine they'll be fun to go after. I also want a physical copy of the artbook though, so I'm unable to purchase it directly from Steam. Do you guys know if there are any retailers that are selling the pro edition with a steam code?

It's a steamworks game, as such regardless of where you purchase it (even if it's retail copy) you will need to activate/use it with Steam.
