Hi,
Looking to upgrade from my 15 year old Dell XPS tower, Would appreciate any thoughts / suggestions.
Want to use it for video editing, occasional normal work and running online training (Zwift, Trainer road, Kinomap)

The Ryzen 9 is obviously over budget and ideally you’d want to even up to board to a strix, so for £1500, i’d certainly advise the 5800X build, which is also better for gaming

The only thing I’d add to one of the above builds @Ash_ has made for you. Is if your planning on using Wi-fi often it’s well worth paying the extra £11 and getting the Intel Ax wireless card has it supports 5ghz and you get Bluetooth as well .

The X570 strix is really the minimum on the 5900x / 3900x
