Oh sorry, so basically to change from 1080p 144Hz to 1440p 144Hz its all on the monitor, so getting the 27 inch that you recommended would get me to use the best out of the 2070 super!
Getting the Ryzen7 3700/3800 will do the same as getting the Ryzen 9 3900 and become cheaper?
And as for the board maybe getting the hero gigabyte or do you suggest Asus?
I didn't change the cooler, but i did change the m.2 ssd, though i don't need that much space just for boot and use the 2T barracuda as storage for all the games etc.
Sry for all the questions, i want to learn as much as i can, so i dont waste a lot of money on something that is not gonna fit me right!
Once again thank you for the patience and thank you for the knowledge and help!

Would this be a build you recomend?

@Nursemorph idea/build suggestions would give you a better setup and likely a better gaming experience, it sounds like the second monitor is more like a control panel for you, so you can deal with streaming or accessing files and websites etc while still having a main screen thats your gaming setup, and the main focus of what you are doing when using the computer.

To get the sort of build you seem to want below the £2000 mark you are going to have to look at trimming a few areas, could maybe see if you could save a little on the monitors but I think keeping the idea of a QHD 27" main monitor and a 21" side monitor is a good one.
Youve opted to not have an operating system, does that mean you are transfering a licence from an old setup, do you have a monitor that you could reuse as that side monitor and save a little there?

Case choice is another way closer to the target, like the corsair crystal 570 case or 220T.
Both have RGB but i think you need something like the control units (corsair commander pro) to get full control over the RGB and fans together in iCue, i think thats also the same with the 680X you have choosen. Alternatively, If you can stretch the budget the 500D SE has the whole thing included and LL120 fans like the 680X , not sure what its like as a case though and it would mean trimming at other parts of the spec or you will never get it under the £2K mark. The RGB elements are probably going to be the easiest way to hit target though and still give you the power you are after in the system itself. .

I think the 3700X and 3800X perform almost the same in gaming compared to the 3900 when benchmarking, or the difference is small and its been mentioned about the issues with the AMD graphics cards, 2060 Super or 2070 Super would both be better choices by comparison.
The 2060 Super would also bring you much closer to budget, even if you stick with the 570 motherboard. I couldnt tell you much about the difference between a 2060/2070 Super though, when looking myself i was looking at the 2070/2080 Super comparisons.
Its worth looking at what games you are going to be on most and having a look at the reviews being done, a lot of the big main titles are used to see how it all performs and will give you an idea what to aim for really.

The H100i is a little cheaper than the H115i and basically the same performance when paired with a 3700X or 3800X, so can trim a little there if you dont like the cheaper suggestion made. Would also note that the Noctua air cooling fan on here performs pretty much as well as the H100i in the review videos ive been watching recently, so that too could save you a little money. Its pretty chunky though so I guess asthetics may be a consideration, but by all accounts Noctuna are exceptional when it comes to air cooling. Surprised me a lot when i was watching videos and it was hitting same temps as dual fan liquid coolers like the H100 V2 (not sure about H100i or H115i though)

Basically, to get the build you want I think you would need to be able to put another £250 into the budget, and to be able to actually see and use what the build would then be capable of, you need to look at Nurse's idea of a main monitor and a side one.

At £2000, to have the finishes you want like the RGB and overspec the main parts, you are going to waste its output on the 1080p monitors completely and there will be some bottlenecks to it.

I honestly have no idea what level we are even aiming for here? I thought we were aiming for 1440p 144Hz gaming on a main screen with a smaller basic monitor for everything else...and then today we have a new spec which takes us all the way back to the beginning with two very low level 1080p monitors. Changing the GPU from the 2070S to an AMD card is not going to change anything...you are still going to be restricted by the monitors.

Until the OP decides what they want from their system, I can't advise anymore as we are going around in circles here and I have finite time

Hello again Nursemorph!
I'm really sorry about this post, i've amended the order and when i copy the spec id didn't change the parts i upgraded.
I fell really bad for wasting your time, i should of just rechecked the link before i posted it yesterday.
I've made a fresh build from the website and put the build that its been ordered, only difference is that i cant order the combo keyboard mouse and headphones as they are out of stock but replaced it to fit the price of my budget!
I'm am still getting the combo tho!
Really sorry for my mistake and please if you could give me your opinion on this build would be very appreciated.
Thank you very much.

I would drop the 3900X to the 3800X and change the M.2 to 500Gb, that also brings it in under £2000 (£1964)
Was there a reason why no WiFi? AX200 is £18, so could also then fit within budget on that, as well as the silver warranty (1 year RMA inc parts for a £5).

Hello again NURSEMORPH

I've bough only one monitor because i already have one at 75mh at home that i will be using as a side monitor.
The WiFi card is something i don't need right now as i'm using virgin media 400mb, but its something easy to upgrade down thew line i if ever need it.
did all the changes and came up to this build without leaving the budget.
Once again thank you very much for your help and i'm sorry for my mistake on that previous post.

Hello SIBUN1
I removed the WiFi because i will not be using it, as for the cpu i've changed it to the 3800x!
Thank you for all the help you guys provided me, really appreciated.

All the bits that aren't used in the build come in a single box called the Welcome Pack. There are DVDs and a booklet in there too. And the WiFi card antennae!
