Anyone used the upgrade service yet?

Just thought I'd ask if anybody has used the upgrade service yet? As again I'm thinking of upgrading but having been short of money so far it's not been available but in the next few months I won't be worrying about that. Have a few upgrades in mind but just wondering if anyones used the service yet and whether it was simple enough!

have you considered getting one strong 7970 then adding another later instead of two 7950's?

I'd give PCS a bell, see what they say.

I think you also get your old parts back, something to discuss with them.

Would a 7970 be able to handle 3 monitors at 60fps on max settings? That's one of the things I was a bit skeptical about having 2 gpus over one due to 3 monitors having 2 gpus to work with not just one?

Depends on the game and settings. If you are looking to play very demanding games and you wish to get high/ultra settings you would need 2x hd 7970 for 3 screens.

Well these are the upgrades I'm down for at the moment assuming these shall be fine for the job.

So i'm right in saying I won't need to upgrade for a while apart from if I want to add any more ram or another GPU? :)

As always mate :) I'll be adding the second 7970 in a few months as I've been informed I'll be getting quite a bit lump sum from a family member. That way I'll have no worries about upgrading for a few years unless I change out the processor. But as I only play games I don't see much point in upgrading to the 8150! (Tempting though!)
