Applying for credit

Firstly I would like to say hello,

I'm looking at buying a new of due to mine breaking.

Site was recommended to me is a friend, I could afford a cheap of but I would rather get something worth getting and putting it on credit. Has anyone ever got a of from this site on credit, how strict is the credit?

I tried to get credit as the 0% for a year seemed like a good idea, I have a great credit score and was still denied credit.

After looking into it the search isn't appearing on my credit report which makes me think they had the wrong address so I enquirer and they said they would put it through appeals.

After 3 weeks I got a letter back basically telling me that I was in a bad position financially and that I couldn't afford it. So I bought the £1k machine out right.

Don't understand how they evaluate this Orr if I just filled it out wrong but I get that it was a bit out of order telling me that I was in that situation despite that not reflecting my actuall position.

I'm putting it down to just a bad application because I have been accepted for finance on other occasions.

So from my perspective they were strict.
