Asus motherboard - KB&M work in bios but not outside

Hopefully this is right forum, ive just had my pc delivered which ive waited over 30 working days for.

Connected all up, booted, mouse and keyboard not recognised to select country for windows.

Ok go in bios, kbm work fine, I have had so many tech friends try and fix this but outside of a windows reinstall from USB, which I dont have, nobody has the answer. Anyone know...? Ive tried multiple setting changes in USB config of bios....

What kind of mouse and keyboard? USB?

you don’t have a USB key?

Front ports. Doesnt matter which ports theyre in, kbm only works in BIOS. Some other users online have said they have had same issue with motherboard or the USB 3.0 slots? Honestly ive tried everything at this point. To say im frustrated with pcspecialist for this to happen after this long of a wait is an understatement.

If you can answer the questions, are they wireless?

You're literally posting the most simplistic triage that I'd ovbiously have tried before going to this forum. Having to do a full windows 10 reinstall because after 30 working days PCSpecialist didn't even complete the setup properly.

This is a fundamental misunderstanding of the drawbacks of OOBE.

I'm not going to continue on this thread, I'll leave it up to you as obviously you know how to fix it.

I also tried installing the drivers through command prompt from a USB - which also didn't work. In future if this ever gets asked, the only way to fix is complete reinstall.

Cheers for the attempts at help and sorry for sarcastic responses.
