Hello,

I just recently received my PC i ordered last weekend and absolutely love it. However when I go into Bios and change the setting to Asus optimal settings, save then start windows, it causes the PC to crash or freeze.

Is there something wrong with my PC?

It plays absolutely fine in normal mode, but can't understand why I can't put it in Optimal mode without the PC crashing.

I would really appreciate some answers on this matter.

ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 387205

Thank you in advance.

Hi.

Only a couple of people on the forum work for PCS and can access your order number - the rest of us are just customers. Can you post a copy of your specs and we'll have a look to see if there's a known problem and cure.
