As predicted, the high power solution caused issues and is already being redesigned. The only consideration for ATX3.0 is the transient spike mitigation. The connection needs forgotten about until it's thoroughly tested.

They'll be great, but you'll need to sell a kidney to afford them, and hope you have a solar farm to power them ;)
Money isn't an issue. Just want the right components at the right time.

So far I've sat through the covid pandemic, lockdown, furlough, the work from home boom, the crypto mining frenzy, the microchip shortage, that stupid ship getting stuck in the Suez Canal, 12VHPWR cables melting, Asus BIOSes blowing CPUs up, and now 6000MHz RAM doesn't work.

Looks like the old Octane III will have to keep plodding along for now.
