When i plug my headphones in sound still comes from the laptop speakers, ive seen posst on it but havent found out how to solve the issue, if i need to download drivers from PCS which one?

hello.

I had same issue and re-installed the Realtek drivers and it fixed the problem. I'm using Win8.1 and the driver I used was 01_BT_Realtek_Optional_W81.zip (16-04-2014 | 60.83mb) - if you're using Win7 it may be called something else but should have a similar name

log into your pcs account and go to the download section where your drivers are.
