Automatic disk repair loop

Hi, my pc crashed yesterday and the error code was critical process died, I tried a few different things in the windows troubleshooting screen but now everytime I boot my pc it shows the bios launch screen then starts the auto disk repair, stays on that screen for like 5 10 minutes but then goes back to the bios launch screen but it's frozen like I can't launch bios or do anything, I'm really lost and need help. Even a way to get back the troubleshooting screen so I could do a hard reset of my pc but I can't get to it anyway I could think of even googling stuff to help but they all go to the troubleshooting screen after the disk repair and mine just doesn't, any help is greatly appreciated.

It is a pc specialist system but I don't think I have that, this was a Christmas gift a good 4 or 5 years ago, I could try and find the specs somewhere but I normally use speccy which I obviously can't get onto now :/ Could the age of the pc be an issue too?

Without the specs we can't do much I'm afraid, you should contact whoever has the account and ask them for the full specs.

Without transferring the ownership, the only way is to ask the person to give them to you.

I've found some kind of serial number sticker on the back of my pc could that be of any help? Sorry if I'm being a bit of a pain :|

Fraid not, has no relevance. There's nothing you can do without the account.
