Awaiting to dispatch since last thursday

Hi all I'm feeling a bit letdown by pcspecialist. I ordered a pretty strong computer and was prepared to wait for the components but building/testing/qc was actually really fast. Last Thursday I got the message that the pc is ready to dispatch so I called them and was told that it will probably arrive on Friday as they planned to dispatch it on that day.
Well today I called them again, wondering what's going on and I was told I was unlucky as they moved to a new warehouse and that it should have been dispatched last Friday but they'll check again and try to dispatch it today.
End of today and still awaiting to dispatch. I am trying not to be impatient but it's frustrating that "awaiting to dispatch" is starting to take the longest out of all the stages even though it's advertised on their website that it shouldn't take more than 24 hours.

Anyone else in this situation?

I don't think any of this is in PCS hands. As you said, a PC got assembled and tested really quick. It's a delivery company who's busy and are delaying to collect the item. Other details of the story are just the details. Things happen My PC is with FedEx 2 weeks already

My road trip to France seems to be done. Now a PC is sitting in Dublin customs since Thursday and... heaven knows what it's still doing there

They do, however DPD don't collect on a saturday, so maybe it got collected today and just needs time to get scanned into DPD's system, do you have the DPD app, if not i suggest you get it, because once your PC has been scanned into the system, you can keep track of it
