Hi All,
I've been getting BSOD when I have a device connected to the USB3 port on my new laptop. At first I thought that perhaps the drive I was using may have had a problem, but it has happened at least 4 more times with 2 other devices and the dreaded BSOD has not happened when there are no devices plugged into the suspect port.
I thought about looking for newer drivers for USB, and also looking for newer firmware for the BIOS to see if that helps. But then I think it could be a faulty port too.
my laptop is a Genesis IV, 15.6", has anyone had this problem before?
Cheers
