Beep Sound - 1 long, 3 short

Hi,
I recently(1 week) bought a PC. Initially the Bluetooth was not working and I imagine was something related to the Windows. I tested on Ubuntu and I got the same result.
When I trying to boot windows again, I'm getting this beep sound.
Looking in the internet I found that is related to the graphic card.

I already tried the basic thing about remove and plug again. But still not working.

Any advice ?

Is this a PCSpecialist system? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

So can you be more specific about the beeps? Is it just one beep or multiple beeps? Are they long or short?

Edit: Sorry, just read the title!

The BSOD Doctor
Depending on the BIOS make those beeps could be a RAM issue. Try popping the cards out and back. Also try it with each of the cards on their own.

Hi everyone,
What I tried so far.
Tried separately the memories.
Tried without monitor
Tried without bluetooth card
Tried without monitor
Tried using the HDMI(works)
Wait until windows finish the automatic repair
Shutdown
Tried again using DP(working again)

Thx for the help.

How should I proceed with the Bluetooth card ? looks like was damaged on the transport.
