Beginner looking for help buying a pc for music recording

Hi,

i am looking to buy a desktop pc, which is to be used predominantly for recording music using the program Acid Pro 7. The system requirements for this are:

ACID Pro 7 system requirements:
Microsoft® Windows® XP SP2, Windows Vista™, or Windows® 7
1 GHz processor (2.8 GHz recommended for HDV)
200 MB hard-disk space for program installation,
600 MB hard-disk space for optional Sony Sound Series
Loops & Samples reference library
1 GB RAM
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0
QuickTime 7.1.6 or later

I intend on using it for very minimally for the internet and watching dvds; mainly just for recording music.

I will be using a Line 6 UX2 as an audio interface, which will bypass the onboard soundcard. This is connected via usb.

My top budget is about £600 for the desktop. I would also like to invest in some nice speakers, with a budget for these at around £200.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I consider myself a relative novice with these kind of things.
