What would be the best cooling fans for about £5 each?

Depends on the size you need.
Coolermaster sickleflows are pretty good for the price.

You might struggle to get 'good' fans for £5 if you're talking about 120mm case fans/etc. But as TheGeeza has said, you really need to tell us what you're wanting them for to get any real advice.

I agree with Geeza, the sickleflows are very good fans for the price! I think they go for about a fiver and you can get them in red, blue or green. I think.
