BIOS/CPU overclocking

Just a quicky , are the bios unlocked for CPU overclocking on these laps tops . Mainly the Vortex III. Ive been used to Dells insistancy of locked Bios in the past. (I understand why they do it but it doesnt help me ) :p

I highly doubt it will be unlocked, but most intel laptop CPUs have a turbo setting which means their clocks can go much higher if the temperatures are ok etc, google 'the model your interested in, turbo boost' and it should tell you what speeds you will have on turbo boost
