I'm currently looking to buy a laptop and i was wondering what kind of bios do they have? It's like asus or msi where you can activate xmp profiles and do oc easily?

No, they're fairly locked down on these laptops. It's not advised to overclock on any laptop anyway as the cooling isn't capable of handling it.

Plus Intel have implemented restrictions on 10th Gen cpu's to prevent adjusting voltages.
