Bios upgrade

Hi been a while since been here my computer is ageing now not ready to upgrade just yet my its getting a nice clean and was just wondering if i should update the bios my motherboard is
ASUS® P6X58D-E: DDR3, USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/s, 3-Way SLI found it on the ASUS page and in the bios part there is 7 not sure what one i ment to flash any help be great

They're done in version order, the latest is the 0803 first in the list. With Bios updates, the newer versions include all previous updates, so you don't have to flash one by one, just the latest.
