Hey all, I'm having a couple of issues with Bioshock Infinite ... hoping you can help.
1) Steam Overlay isn't functioning for some reason. Tested another game and it's working.
2) I'm getting some screen tearing, but I couldn't see an option in the settings to enable vsync. Is there a way to force it with the AMD Catalyst Control Centre?
