what about RAM -any faster available than 1600MHz ?

There is faster RAM available (PCS offer Kingston hyper X 2133MHz in other systems), if it is something you really want (although depending on your use you may not see any benefit as Mango has said) if you give PCS a call they might be able to sort something out for you!

As for the GPU apparently you can fit longer GPU's in if you remove the top HDD tray http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/prodigy/

....our modular FlexCage™ gives you the flexibility to install up to five 3.5" hard disks or 2.5" SSDs, or remove it entirely to fit up to 240mm watercooling radiators and long graphics cards
