Bloody slow laptop

i have a Advent 8117 a really good solid laptop only thing is its bloody slow youtube stutters im on vista cpu is intel pent [email protected] RAM 1 GBDDR2 any help too speed it up would be great

Use CCleaner for file cleaning (registry not really recommended)

Defrag and optimize with Auslogics Disk Defrag

Disable unnecessary services with Razer Game Booster (make sure its on at all times under Utilities >> Boost and look through game boost options for extra tweaks.

and if none of that works then probably more RAM

Is it dusty? Might be worth giving it a clean with some compressed air if Wozza's suggestions don't work
