You don't want bullguard installed, you want that removed permanently.

Is the PC working now? You should apply all windows updates.

If there is a lot of dust in there stuff may have been over heating over a period of time which isn't going to do anything any good

Very light dust I clean keep an eye on it most kid plays fifa so it’s not getting much action I use it for 3 d kitchen software it dose them fire up the fans for a couple of seconds when I render and then very quite

Ok well I didn’t know I just renewed to be safe side as the was an offer on it ahead of renewal date so I have 18 plus left aw well when you don’t know you don’t know

Are you only using one stick? If so just contact PCS and they’ll send a replacement.

Best anti virus solution is windows defender which is built into windows and is FREE
