Blue screen when coping files

Hi

I was copying files and a blue screen appeared.





Maybe something to do with the unwanted popup firefox game on my other thread?

BCC 0xD1 indicates a driver problem (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL). Have you updated any driver lately? Have you installed an Windows Updates lately? Have you added or removed any hardware lately?

This could well be related to the strange game issue, you may have picked up some malware?

I have not downloaded any recent updates.


windows updates on 20/12/15
cclean on 21/12/15
tplink utility 30/12/15


I can not upload files to flickr using firefox, it is crashing firefox. I also can't upload large files to this PCS forum.

Chrome is working fine, I can upload photos without any problems. I can also upload files to PCS forum using chrome.

I am going to uninstall firefox. And reinstall it.

Jonbam, have you run a virus checker and malware scanner recently, given your other problems I'd do that first as ubuysa suggested

Malwarebytes didn't pick anything up.

Running Microsoft Security Essentials now.

If you've not changed anything and a malware scan doesn't reveal anything nasty I'd suggest a clean reinstall as your best option. Your OS seems to be in a less than ideal state...
