Bluetooth not working with AX200

New build just arrived, chuffed to bits

However, the bluetooth on the AX200 card does not seem to be working. Do not have an option to turn it on.

Any ideas?

I have tried updating drivers on device manager then restarting but no luck.

If you open the case, there’s a usb header coming off the WiFi card, check if that’s plugged in properly.

are the antenna attached<also what does it show up as in device manager

Appreciate all you help as always Spyder, Ive checked and as far as I can tell, all connections seems secure.

Thanks Martin, yes, both antenna connected but cbluetooth does now show up in device manager. AX200 does though under network adapters
