Brand new computer from PCSpecialist

I recently received my new custom built pc from this company, and after fixing a few flaws which i didn't mind, the computer randomly white screens/black screens or its white with little bars going vertical. This will happen when in a game, browsing the internet or if its idle. I have asked the tech support and they have not answered after a few days and i emailed their email and they have not replied either, was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it. I have not OC or anything like that, literally just plugged in the dvi to VGA converter and the VGA cable, i have tried it with 2 HDMI cables and 2 VGA cables and it still happens, also searched for viruses and it comes up all clear. Can't find a fix on the internet anywhere hoping someone will actually help with this...

I have xfire r9 280x, crashes with xfire enabled or disabled and i requested a RMA and it got declined.

Have you tried reseating the graphics cards? Sometimes they can get a little dislodged in transit.

Why did they decline the RMA? Surely they'll have spoken with you about it?

I'd agree with SpyderTracks that reseating the GPU might be the first thing to try (basically take it out and put it back in again).
