When did you get the machine?
Did you fully update/setup properly?
Have you checked things like the RAM and GPU are properly seated?

Have you run Windows Update repeatedly until no more updates are found? Are there any optional updates waiting to be installed (if so install them)?

It can, yes.
I would turn it off, remove and replace/reseat the RAM and GPU as these can wiggle free in transport, and are common issues with a brand new system due to this. Then I would run windows update repeatedly, making sure you install any/all updates.
Have you also checked to make sure you have the latest drivers for the GPU? Windows update will not be as up to date as drivers direct from Nvidia.

It may be easier to go through and check components are properly seated, and then do a fresh install of windows from a boot USB.
If the parts are all in properly, that should give you a working system to then run windows update fully.

Not sure how long youve had the PC or what else you may have installed so a fresh slate may make a difference.

You should also be installing any optional updates, restarting the system and checking to see if it then finds more.
You can end up running it several times.

So windows update is completely empty if you run it now?
Have you also been to the Nvidia website and got the lastest drivers for the 3060Ti?

You need to install -all- updates until it tells you that there are none at all.
I would then restart, and try windows update again. If its still saying there are no updates (which includes "optional" updates, optional is misleading, they arent optional you need them...) then move on to updating the GPU drivers by getting the lastest ones form the Nvidia website.
