BT asking me to set up the network?

Hi I was at a relatives house today and when I connected to there WIFI my phone told me I had to set it up. The strange thing is that they have already set the network up on there pc and all the other devices we could find had no problems connecting. My phone as you can read bellow is a windows phone, their pc is a mac and the other devices run android if that helps.
