build me a new pc?

hi, from the day I got the pc I had trouble with it. over a period of a month ive only been able to use it for 7 days max apart from that it was getting fixed... am just wondering if there is something like 'build me a new pc' after it breaks down and gets fixed 3 times yet still it breaksdown again.
