Building PC with £400

building a new PC that will be connected to a tv via hdmi cable. i have all the other parts other than the tower its self , got £400 give or take 20 pounds to build it. anyone who can build me one and tell me the specs and il tell you if im satisfied? want a basic

IT WILL BE FOR GAMING! want to run the game on low-medium settings but still want a good pc

If you need Windows 7 then it's not really achievable as that takes £80 out of the budget leaving only £320 for the actual PC. If you don't need Windows (e.g. if you already have a non-OEM copy) then I would suggest the spec below :
