Hi, Does PCS do plain motherboard bundles to order? i.e just motherboard, cpu, ram, etc?

No, only full systems.

If you send in your own case and request no GPU then I guess you would only need to factor in a PSU and temporary storage option. It's as close to bare-bones as you could order from PCS.
