CAD work and light/moderate gaming

This is the desktop spec I'm looking at.
Not sure if the combo of parts is the best match - so any advice is appreciated.

I'm torn between getting a laptop and a desktop!

As mentioned in title, I will mostly be using it for CAD work with Autodesk software like AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D.
Also, a bit of gaming. I used to play a fair bit (mostly FPS games) but never hardcore and not so much in recent years. I may get back playing games again in the future so would like to cover myself (to some degree) re graphics card in case I do get back into it.

I know the ryzen processors from AMD have really come along way regarding single core performance and this is important in a lot of the CAD software I use.
Has anyone much experience with them?

Do you have the link provided at the bottom of the spec handy? It makes going in and suggesting changes far easier.

Without that, and just having a look, I would suggest the following:

Airflow case - either the 275 Airflow, the Focus G, the Meshify C or the Corsair 220 (off the top of my head, forgive me if the codes are wrong)
550W TXm PSU - This is seriously worth the money. It's not the power, it's the quality of the PSU. Better warranty and better PSU all round. Not to mention future proof for upgrades.
Cooler - Lose it altogether. The stock cooler is fantastic. If you want a cooler go 240, there's no point in middling. i would personally save the money here right now.
I would remove bullguard security, Windows is perfect and more than up to the task.

Other than that.... IMO... spot on!
