Came with (Unwanted) OS

I ordered a laptop with no OS.
But it came with Windows 7 Home Premium Installed.
It didn't even come with a product key.
I called Tech Support, but nobody answered.
What exactly can I do to entirely remove Windows?
Also, when I called, the annoying woman said that in some cases they could remotely access my PC, how does that work?

Yeah it has to have an OS on it for them to test the rig. It now asks you which OS you will be installing when you order whether its 7 or 8 etc. This is normal practace.

You just need to put in your windows CD and boot from disc format and install windows .

If you Google fresh windows install you should get something

Sorry I would link something but I'm at uni.

Hope this helps

Its pre-installed so that PCS can run all of their tests. It is also left on there so for most people they can enter their own key and it will be installed. If you are installing Linux or Hackintosh then you will need to format the hard drive and go from there. Or you could install the OS you want and tell it to format the disk before hand (i know some linux distros do this).
