I have made some comment below in blue, which I hope helps.

Case COOLERMASTER CM STORM ENFORCER - GAMING ENTHUSIAST CASE (This is slighting overkill? Down to your preference, but you could save money here to spend where it is more needed)
Processor (CPU): Intel® Core™i7-2600 Quad Core (3.40GHz, 8MB Cache) + HD Graphics (Too high compared to the rest of your stats, downgrade this to the i5 and spend the saving on the spec's bottleneck, which is the graphics card).
Motherboard: ASUS® P8H61-M LE/USB3 (NEW REV 3.0): M-ATX, USB 3.0, SATA 3.0Gb/s (Please note this is 3GB/s and PCI-E2.00 - If you're on a budget this choice is fine, but ideally you want 6GB/S to interact with your HDD at full speed
Memory (RAM): 8GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (2 X 4GB) (good)
Graphics Card: 1GB AMD RADEON™ HD6850 - 2 DVI,HDMI, DP - DX® 11, Eyefinity 3 Capable (This isn't really high enough for the amount you're spending on your machine. You should throw any spare cash/savings you can get hold of here, to provide better gaming performance, as this is the aspect that is holding this current build back. Upgrading the graphics card, would create a much more balance build.) For the amount you're spending my opinion is that you should atleast grab a GTX560ti (or higher such for example a GTX570 would be even better, but of course more costly).
Memory - 1st Hard Disk: 1TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 32MB CACHE
Memory Card ReadeR: INTERNAL 52 IN 1 CARD READER (XD, MS, CF, SD, etc) + 1 x USB 2.0 PORT
Power Supply: 450W Quiet 80 PLUS Dual Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan (£29) (I would always want to get the 650W just because it is Corsair and more reliable, but 450W may be OK if your budget is tight)
Processor Cooling: COOLIT ECO II A.L.C ADVANCED LIQUID COOLER (£59) (You don't need this, just the £19 "super quiet" copper cooler will be enough as you will not be overclocking).
Sound Card: ONBOARD 8 CHANNEL (7.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD) (Good - This is enough)
Network Facilities: GIGABIT LAN & WIRELESS 802.11N 300Mbps PCI-E CARD (£16) (I think homeplugs are better?)
USB Options: 4 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL (MIN 2 FRONT PORTS) AS STANDARD

Anything that can be downgraded or is a bit overkill for a casual gaming pc for games like League of Legends, Diablo III, Deus EX and WoW?

To be honest, looking now at the game you are going to be playing, you don't need to spend that much. The Enigma HD would be more than adequate a rig for the game requirements you listed, and this is only £550.00. It has the same graphics card, same HDD, same mobo, same RAM if you upgrade it for an extra £16.00 to 8GB. It also has a blu-ray player. I think you will get roughly the same gaming experience out of it for a much lower cost.

Specs detailed below, but to see this for yourself, go to the PCSpecialist homepage, and click on the "review" tab. You have to order it as it is, to get it at such a good discounted price as per the review, but you can then modify your RAM to 8GB for £16 straight after you placed your order. This is probably also applies for changing the case.

I considered your alterations and ammended my order accordingly unfortunately I cant change my graphics card to the Ti version as its not in the dropdown.
Highest Nvidia card is the 1gb Nvidia Geforce Gtx 560 or the 2gb version of it, Only ti is the 550.
So far youve saved me £101.
I can't upgrade the motherboard due to lacking PCI card slots on the 6gb/s version and can't use wired due to the just moving house and the Router being on completely different floors to where the Comp will be situated

I made alterations to my order and now it's entered Pre-Production, Thanks for all your reccomendations.
I did eventually get rid of the Wireless, Upgrade the Motherboard to ASUS® P8H67-M: M-ATX, DDR3, USB 2.0, SATA 6.0Gb/s, CrossFireX™ (Was the only option there)
Discarded the Liquid cooling for SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE INTEL CPU COOLER (£19)
Upgraded the graphics card to 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 - 2 DVI,HDMI,VGA - 3D Vision Ready
and Upgraded the case just for the hell of it and I liked the look of it.
Overtime I'll probably upgrade bits of it but end Results were;

Case: NZXT PHANTOM 410 WHITE GAMING CASE
Processor: Intel® Core™i7-2600 Quad Core (3.40GHz, 8MB Cache) + HD Graphics
Motherboard: ASUS® P8H67-M: M-ATX, DDR3, USB 2.0, SATA 6.0Gb/s, CrossFireX™

get the 650w corsair psu, a number of reasons, more reliable, energy efficient, and if you want to add other components, ssd, hdd, fans/whatever else/ you have the extra power.

also the corsair psus look visually better than the standard psu's
