Yes, it should be very straightforward indeed. You should be able to get any sata SSD you like and swap them out.

SSDs can be 7mm or 9.5mm thick. Those that are 7mm thick usually need 2.5mm bracket to be screwed on to pad them out. The Intel 530 is 7mm thick so will probably already have one attached (the 520 that came in my PCS desktop had its bracket provided even though it didn't need it, which was nice).
