It’s not well balanced.

It would be worth waiting til 7/7 as AMD are releasing new processors on a new platform.

Intel CPUs aren’t worth it anymore, they’re expensive vs AMD and generally weaker.

That depends on the new kit and tbh as tempting as it is to plan a spec in advance, there's no point doing that.

AMD CPUs take different motherboards. And new ones are coming with the CPUs.

There are new SSDs coming out too.

Reviews of the CPUs haven't been published yet, so we can't speculate as to CPU coolers.

We're not sure what RAM PCS will offer with the new systems.

And in any event, PCS refresh their stock (especially cases) quite often. So we could spend ages splitting hairs over this case or that only to find there's a better option in a week anyway. Or that the new CPUs are great but need top tier cooling, and so a particular kind of case is most recommended.

But if you were buying today and the new CPUs weren't about to come out I'd have probably changed everything but the PSU :) Higher end case, more budget-appropriate mobo, faster RAM (especially for WoW), different storage, better and/or better value CPU cooler. The H55 doesn't have a huge amount to recommend it in general as it's loud, not the most effective, and not cheap enough to win out in value vs something like the H100x or the Noctua.

Hmm okay, thank you for you advice and help! I don't want to sound like pain or anything but would you be able to do a spec for me? On my budget of £1,500? Just so I can see where I'm going wrong etc. I'm new to this PC building stuff, as you can probably tell lol. I just want to be able to play my games at a good decent setting, good FPS etc. Thank you.

What I'm saying is that there's no point doing a spec today because things will be different in 1 week

It's definitely worth waiting for the new CPUs, especially for relatively CPU-dependent games like WoW.

Could I suggest that in 1 week (7th July) you post up again with your budget, and with what monitor are you using for gaming, and then people can recommend a full spec to fit your needs and budget? :)
