Can we ditch the banner or make it configurable to members?

It's so distracting and it's taking up half my screen between the headers before hitting any content (at 1080p). I understand the promotion but I feel it's far too intrusive, it's actually putting me off every time I click onto the site now.

Even if there was an option for registered members to hide it, it would make a huge difference.

Adjusted the code on it to show on the forum home page only rather than every page. Had to do some jiggery pokery with the forum's weird proprietory code.

When I was issued my company mandated ban hammer I reached out to the overlords suggesting that it would be welcome if we could have something similar here and was met with the following response:

Hey, I will keep it in mind for something we could potentially implement - I rarely check the forums myself It's easier on the Discord as a bot handles the 'leaderboard' side of things.
