Hi I'd like to cancel an order I made on thursday. Unfortunately it's the weekend so I can't get any advice at the moment. Am I able to cancel by e-mail? I couldn't find an option to cancel in My Orders in my account. Also I used Pay By Finance for payment. I presume I'll have to contact them (Hitachi Capitol). I see in the terms and conditions in the finance aggreement I can cancel within 14 days.
