Can't install HP Laser Printer

Hi

I have a HP Laser Jet CP1510 Series Printer. It was previously installed OK on my older PC which has now failed. I have attempted to install the CD software on the my current Dell Desktop and it gets so far with the installation and then says:

RUN AS:
It says it can be installed but:
'Log off, then log on as a user with administrator privileges. Contact your system administrator for more info. If there is no system administrator, have the primary user install this software'.

I am the owner of this PC and there are no other registered users set up, just me. I have a boot up password set up but apart from that I am now stuck as to what to do.
How do I get past this administrator privileges? I have no other access issues with anything else or other installations that I have made on this desktop, just this printer.

When the CD logo appears on the desk top after I initially insert the CD, the logo is showing a pad lock on it after it denies installation. I hate messing.

My thoughts would be to log in as an Administrator just in case your current profile doesn't have this, to see how to do this you can go via:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/How-do-I-log-on-as-an-administrator

Alternatively when you have the software ready to 'run' and install, right click on it and then select 'run as administrator' and see if that works.
